Set within the sought-after Orangewood Estate, this impressive 3,306 m² vacant stand presents a rare opportunity to create your own holiday retreat overlooking Albert Falls Dam from Khayalami Bay, just 20 minutes from Pietermaritzburg. Whether you're dreaming of a peaceful weekend getaway, a holiday home for the family or a permanent residence surrounded by nature, this property offers the perfect setting to escape the everyday.
This boutique holiday estate comprises only 10 exclusive stands, offering a private, low-density environment where space, tranquillity and natural beauty take centre stage. Surrounded by citrus groves and beautifully lined with orange trees, the estate combines countryside charm with secure estate living. Enjoy breathtaking dam views, abundant birdlife and easy access to a lifestyle centred around fishing, boating and outdoor leisure. It's the kind of place where weekends feel like holidays and family memories are made.
The estate has been thoughtfully designed to preserve its natural beauty and architectural character. Building guidelines require a contemporary Natal farmhouse architectural style, with natural colour palettes subject to trustee approval, ensuring a cohesive and timeless aesthetic throughout. Additional features include a pet-friendly environment (dogs permitted), a 63-amp power supply to each home and secure pedestrian and boat access to the waterfront.
